Stuffed casserole can be bought ready-made or twist yourself. If the type of meat is not indicated in the recipe, then we take it at our discretion. The taste of any mincemeat is enhanced by spices and vegetables: pepper, salt, onion, garlic, herbs. Tomatoes or pasta are often added.

A variety of foods can serve as additional ingredients in meat casseroles. Usually they are alternated with minced meat layers. The meat filling can be located above, below, but more often in the middle. For fastening the mass using different fillings based on sauce, eggs, flour, cheese.

Recipe 1: Potato casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker

The simplest version of the casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker, which is great for a family dinner. Potatoes are used raw.

Ingredients

• a pound of minced meat;

• a pound of potatoes;

• 4 eggs;

• 2 onion heads;

• 0.2 kg of mayonnaise;

• 3 tablespoons of flour;

• a piece of oil;

• any seasonings.

Cooking

1. Finely chop the onion and combine with minced meat or chicken. We throw spices to them, stir and leave them for now.

2. Peel potatoes, shred mugs. We do not make the thickness more than three millimeters, otherwise the cooking time of the casserole will be delayed.

3. Prepare the fill. To do this, simply combine the eggs with mayonnaise and flour, add spices and beat. You can mix part of the mayonnaise with sour cream or cream.

4. We take a piece of oil, we rub a form from the multicooker with a thick layer.

5. Spread half the potatoes, pour the mayonnaise mixture.

6. Then comes the layer of minced meat and again the potatoes.

7. Pour the remains of the liquid mixture from above.

Recipe 2: Pasta casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker

A variant of a hearty casserole in a slow cooker, which is prepared from pasta. It is advisable to choose simple forms and small pasta, so that the dish turns out more dense and uniform.

Ingredients

• 0.3 kg of pasta;

• 2 tomatoes;

• 0.3 kg of minced meat;

• spices;

• butter;

• onion head;

• 1 glass of water;

• bechamel sauce.

For bechamel sauce:

• 30 grams of oil;

• 0.1 kg of cheese;

• 0.3 liters of milk;

• 1 spoonful of flour.

Cooking

1. Immediately prepare the lazy Bechamel sauce. To do this, heat the oil in a pan, add flour, warm. Introduce a thin stream of milk, stir. Salt and pepper, add the grated cheese and turn it off. Stir with a spatula so that the pieces melt.

2. Fry chopped onions in a slow cooker. For this, the baking mode is suitable.

3. Add the stuffing. Then fry on the same program until the color changes.

4. As soon as the meat mass turns white on all sides, we rub the tomatoes and spread to the minced meat.

5. After five minutes, add prescription water and start the pasta, salt and pepper. You can throw a little garlic, any seasonings or spice mixtures.

6. Add all the bechamel sauce at once, stir everything well.

7. Close, cook for forty minutes. We continue to use the baking program.

Recipe 3: Potato casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker (mashed potatoes)

This casserole is made from mashed potatoes. It can be cooked purposefully or use the leftover from lunch, but only fresh. Minced meat can be taken any, but not too fat. Ideally, a mixture of beef with chicken or pork is suitable.

Ingredients

• 0.5 kg of minced meat;

• 0.8 kg mashed potatoes;

• 1 onion head;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• 3 tablespoons of crackers;

• 100 grams of mayonnaise;

• 3 eggs;

• 3 tablespoons of flour;

• 50 grams of cheese.

Cooking

1. Cut the onion, fry for a minute in a pan. Add minced meat. Salt and pepper. We keep it on fire for about five minutes and turn it off. Season the mass with garlic.

2. Lubricate the multicooker bowl, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

3. Spread a layer of mashed potatoes with one egg. If the mashed potatoes are frozen, then knead well beforehand.

4. Now put the fried minced meat with onions.

5. Prepare the fill. To do this, beat the remaining eggs with mayonnaise. Add the flour, season with a little salt.

6. Pour the minced meat with the cooked chatterbox. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

7. Close the slow cooker.

8. Cook the casserole for an hour on a baking program. After the signal we do not get it, leave it to stand for another quarter of an hour. Then turn on the dish.

Recipe 4: Casserole with minced fish in a slow cooker

For such a casserole you will need any minced fish. If the product is dry, for example, zander was used, then it is advisable to add a piece of oil to the mass or twist a little fat.

Ingredients

• 0.5 kg of potatoes;

• 0.5 kg of minced fish;

• 2 onion heads;

• 2 eggs;

• 150 grams of cheese;

• seasonings;

• 5 tablespoons of sour cream.

Cooking

1. Cut the peeled tubers into thin slices, salt, add the egg and pepper, mix by hand and lay on the bottom of the greased multicooker.

2. We twist the fish fillet or take immediately prepared minced meat. Add chopped onion, season with spices, lay on top of the potato layer.

3. Combine sour cream with egg and grated cheese. To taste, you can throw a little garlic, herbs.

4. Spread the cheese mass on top of the fish.

5. Turn on the closed multicooker and cook the casserole for 45 minutes on a baking program. After the signal, let stand for half an hour, do not lift the lid.

Recipe 5: Mushroom Casserole with Minced Meat in a Slow Cooker

A variant of a fragrant casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker, which needs mushrooms and potatoes. Oyster mushrooms are used according to the recipe, but you can also take mushrooms or other mushrooms.

Ingredients

• 5 potato tubers;

• 0.4 kg of oyster mushroom;

• 3 tablespoons of flour;

• 300 grams of minced meat;

• 1 onion head;

• 200 grams of mayonnaise;

• 4 eggs;

• oil, salt as needed.

Cooking

1. Oyster mushrooms cut into cubes, also onion. Fry for 10 minutes in a skillet and combine with raw minced meat.

Recipe 6: Rice casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker

To cook such a casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker, it is better to use round rice. Calculation of ingredients is in multi-glasses. Instead of sour cream for filling, you can use thick yogurt or oily fermented baked milk.

Ingredients

• 2 glasses of rice;

• 4 glasses of water;

• 3 eggs;

• 0.4 kg of minced meat;

• 2 tomatoes;

• 1 onion head;

• 0.35 kg of sour cream;

• seasonings;

• 60 grams of oil.

Cooking

1. Boiled rice until cooked in two glasses of water. If you want, you can do it on the stove in the pan, and take a slow cooker by preparing other ingredients for the casserole.

2. In oil, fry the onion, add minced meat, cook together for several minutes. Season with seasonings, add grated tomatoes. Instead, you can take a couple of spoons of ketchup or tomato paste.

3. Add spices, sour cream with eggs to boiled rice. Mix everything thoroughly.

Recipe 7: Zucchini Casserole with Minced Meat in a Multicooker

An option for a multicooked vegetable casserole, perfect for a summer dinner. The dish is simple, healthy and tasty.

Ingredients

• 2 small zucchini;

• 4 potatoes;

• 2 tomatoes;

• 500 grams of minced meat;

• 100 grams of cheese;

• butter, green onions.

Fill:

• three eggs;

• 0.2 kg of sour cream;

• three tablespoons of flour.

Cooking

1. Cut zucchini into circles, also tomatoes and peeled potatoes. If the tubers are young and domestic, then a thin skin can be left.

2. We mix the minced meat with onion greens, season with spices, mix.

3. Put half the zucchini in a grease bowl, a layer of potatoes on it and lightly sprinkle with salt. Zucchini should not be salted, otherwise they will quickly empty the juice.

4. Put a layer of minced meat on the potatoes.

5. Now again, potatoes, salt and spread the remaining zucchini.

6. On the zucchini lay one layer of tomatoes.

7. Combine all the ingredients of the fill, shake well until smooth. Fill the casserole.

8. Sprinkle with cheese and you can cook!

9. Turn on the baking for an hour and go about our business. After the set time has passed, let the dish catch a little.

Recipe 8: Buckwheat casserole with minced meat in a slow cooker

A variant of an unusual casserole with buckwheat and boiled eggs. You can take porridge cooked in advance.

Ingredients

• 1 kg of minced meat;

• 250 grams of buckwheat porridge;

• onion head;

• raw carrots;

• 5 boiled eggs;

• 1 raw egg;

• 1 fresh or salted tomato;

• herbs, spices.

Cooking

1. Fry onions and carrots for a couple of minutes. We give the vegetables a little grasp and turn off immediately.

2. Mix the marsh in a bowl, add the fried vegetables and buckwheat porridge.

3. Break one raw egg and rub the tomato, which will give the casserole juiciness.

• If raw onions are added to the meat casserole, it can be pre-marinated in vinegar. It will be tastier.

• To prevent layers of casserole from moving apart, you can sprinkle them lightly with grated cheese.

• Better lubricate the container with butter or ghee. Then a beautiful crust will appear on the casserole.

• Juicy vegetables, such as zucchini or tomatoes, it is better not to sprinkle with salt. Otherwise, the dish will be liquid and the casserole will not work. It is better to salt other layers of the dish.
