But as soon as the baby tastes vegetables and cereals, delicious fruits can be gradually introduced into his diet.

Vegetable and fruit lures in mashed form should be given to the baby from six months. Artificial breasts have been feeding since four months. Apple puree for babies is a real treat. But it’s better to feed the baby with a product of their own manufacture. Both cheaper and safer.

Apple puree for children - general principles of preparation

For baby food, you need to take apples grown in your region. It is better to refuse purchased foreign fruits, as they may contain allergens and traces of chemicals used to process fruits during long-term transportation.

Apple puree for children should be very tender. Therefore, a blender or a fine sieve is useful. Using a meat grinder is not a good idea. Bacteria may remain on the metal parts, familiar with which the little ones are useless.

Puree is made from fresh mashed or stewed chopped fruits. It can be done little by little and immediately given to the baby or harvested for future use and closed in glass jars. The second option is preferable for older children. Breast is better to cook a fresh dish.

If puree is prepared for the winter, then it is laid out in sterilized jars. Sterilize containers for 15-20 minutes over steam or in the oven. Covers that will seal apple puree should also be sterilized in boiling water.

Apple puree for babies

Very tasty and tender puree with a natural taste is what crumbs need for the first feeding. You do not need to add sugar, it is easier to select fresh sweet apples. Extinguishing times may vary depending on the variety of apples. For example, a solid Antonovka becomes soft reluctantly, so it will have to be melted on the stove a little longer.

Ingredients:

• one tasty sweet apple;

• a tablespoon of clean water.

Cooking method:

Wash the apple thoroughly and peel it.

Cut the seed box with the seeds.

Cut the peeled apple into small cubes. The smaller their size, the faster the pieces of fruit will soften, the more vitamins they will retain.

Put apple slices in a saucepan and pour water. Its quantity will be purely symbolic. Do not be upset that applesauce for babies will turn out watery or less useful. Water is needed in order not to burn and give apples juice.

Turn on a small fire and heat the apples under the lid, waiting for the juice to stand out and begin to stew.

Stew apple cubes until completely softened. Depending on the variety, this can take anywhere from five to twenty minutes.

Wipe soft apples through a sieve or puree with a blender.

Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl, cool and start feeding.

Apple puree for children for the winter

Delicate apple puree prepared by caring mother's hands will delight any baby. And mom will not have to waste time cooking. It is enough to open the jar of the product and warm it up. It is better to lay out the winter harvest of apple puree for children in small jars. And if the jar is large, you can use the remaining product for baking or sauce.

Ingredients:

• two kilograms of Antonovka;

• one hundred grams of sugar (optional, add as desired);

• a glass of clean drinking water.

Cooking method:

Prepare apples by peeling them completely, cutting out the core and removing the seeds.

Cut apples into small slices and put in a suitable pan.

Pour in a norm of water, tightly cover the pan with a lid and turn on a slow fire.

Simmer Antonovka from twenty minutes to half an hour, stirring occasionally.

When the apple slices are sufficiently softened, mashed the mass in any convenient way (with a blender, mixer, using a sieve).

If the apples are sour, you can add sugar to the hot mashed potatoes and mix everything well or beat.

Return the mashed potatoes to the fire and heat with constant stirring. It is important not to let the product burn.

Arrange the hot mashed potatoes over the jars, having previously sterilized them (do not forget about the lids! They will also need to be boiled).

Close the cans and cool, wrapped in an old blanket or blanket.

Fresh apple puree for children

On the recommendation of the pediatrician, you can gradually introduce mashed fresh fruit into the complementary foods. Sour apples will not work, but sweet and sour will be just right. Giving sugar to a baby is not worth it. And if you want to pamper the older kids, then you can optionally add a spoonful of granulated sugar or powdered sugar to the finished puree.

Cooking method:

Wash the apple thoroughly with hot water and dry.

Cut the skin, remove seeds and hard partitions.

Ingredients:

• fresh sweet apple;

• litere of water.

Cooking method:

Boil water in a small saucepan.

Thoroughly washed fruit dipped in boiling water.

Cook the apple for two minutes so that the flesh begins to soften.

Remove the apple from boiling water and cool.

To clear completely of a peel, partitions and seeds.

Mashed in a blender.

Put the finished mashed potatoes in a feeding cup and serve.

Puree apples for children in a slow cooker

A home assistant multicooker allows you to prepare a portion of delicious apple puree for children without the hassle and constant supervision. The slow cooker should have a steaming mode.

Ingredients:

• Big apple.

Cooking method:

The washed and completely peeled apple is cut into small pieces.

Put apple slices in a steaming bowl.

Pour a glass of water into the multicooker bowl, set the container and turn on the steam cooking mode for 20 minutes.

Take out the finished apples.

If the apple variety has a loose structure, the prepared slices can simply be kneaded with a spoon. To purge a more dense variety, it is better to beat the fruit with a blender.

Serve apple puree in a warm form for the baby.

Apple puree for children in the oven

You can also cook applesauce in the oven. The method is useful and simple, allowing you to save all the beneficial properties of the fruit.

Ingredients:

• one large or two medium apples.

Cooking method:

From a washed apple, use a knife to cut the core. Apples must remain whole. Do not remove the peel.

Put the fruit in silicone molds for muffins of suitable diameter. This is necessary to maintain the weight of the juice inside the apple.

In an oven preheated to 200 degrees, send forms with apples.

Cook for 20 minutes until the fruit softens.

Remove and cool the apples slightly.

Spoon out the pulp and send it to the blender.

Puree apples.

Put mashed apples for babies in a beautiful bowl and serve.

Apple and pumpkin puree for children in a double boiler

Apple goes well with healthy vegetables. For example, with a wonderful yellow pumpkin. Such applesauce for children will bring double benefits. The portion will be large, as this is a winter harvest. It can be replaced with a slow cooker with the corresponding function or you can prepare a dish on the stove by installing a special container over boiling water.

• a kilogram of sweet and sour garden apples;

• kilogram of pumpkin;

• fifty grams of sugar (the amount can be varied throughout the taste);

• a teaspoon of citrus zest (with orange or lemon).

Cooking method:

Wash the pumpkin and apples thoroughly.

Peel the apples completely so that only the flesh remains, and cut into small pieces.

Cut the peel from the pumpkin and cut into the same slices.

Fifteen minutes later pour the cream.

Puree the mass, cool and serve.

  • Delicious mashed potatoes are obtained from Russian apples: Antonovka, white filling or Semerenko variety.

  • If the apples are sour, it is better to sweeten the puree with powdered sugar. It dissolves faster. Honey should not be given to infants.
