Ginger Chicken - General Cooking Principles

Before pickling, you need to wash the chicken carcass, blot it with paper napkins and cut it into portions. For this, wings, legs are trimmed, breast fillets are cut. The backrest is used at will - if the family has lovers to gnaw soft bones.

Chicken with ginger is quite high-calorie, as it is cooked in oil in a skillet. But her taste is simply amazing.

Ingredients:

• two large breast fillets weighing 500-600 grams;

• two tablespoons of grated fresh ginger;

• two tablespoons of sesame oil;

• a tablespoon of ordinary vegetable oil;

• three cloves of garlic;

• half a teaspoon of black pepper or a mixture of peppers;

• two tablespoons of soy sauce;

• two tablespoons of water.

Cooking method:
