Ingredients

• 0.9-1 kg of flour;

• 20 g of yeast;

• 200 g of water;

• 220 ml of milk;

• 1 tbsp. l Sahara;

• 1 tsp salts;

• 1 egg;

• 90 ml of oil.

For filling:

• 7-8 potatoes;

• 2 onions;

• 0.5 packs of oil;

• any spices.

Optionally, you can add canned fish, fried minced meat, pieces of boiled meat, sausages or cheese to the filling.

Cooking

1. Yeast loves warmth. Therefore, fluids need to be heated. You can simply dilute cold milk with water from the kettle. The liquid should be warmer than body temperature.

2. Add salt and granulated sugar to the water with milk, add dry yeast. Dissolve, it is better to leave for ten minutes.

3. Introduce vegetable oil. You can take melted margarine, but it must first be cooled. A hot product can kill the yeast, they will stop the growth. You can knead the dough with butter, but part of the vegetable oil is still better to add.

4. Pour flour. It must first be sieved, otherwise the dough will not turn out airy, and when combined with the liquid, lumps may appear. The approximate amount of flour is indicated here. We fall asleep until you get a soft, but not fluid dough.

5. Put the kneaded mass in a large pot, put in a warm place. After 1.5 hours, you need to check, accept, that is, precipitate, allow the mass to rise again.

6. For now, prepare mashed potatoes. To do this, peel the tubers, cut, place the slices in a saucepan, fill with water and boil. About ten minutes before the end of the process you need to salt.

7. We cut the peeled onions in neat cubes, fry in butter. You can cook mashed potatoes without additional vegetables, but in this case, the butter is simply laid in the filling.

8. Drain the potatoes, mash, combine with the onion and stir. The filling must be cooled. Do not forget to try the taste, maybe you need more salt, you can add pepper.

• 1.2 cups flour;

• three eggs;

• four tablespoons of oil;

• 1 tsp soda;

• 30-40 g of cheese;

• four potatoes;

• onion;

• spices.

Cooking

1. Turn on the oven 180 degrees, let the stove warm up for now.

2. Cut the onion, fry in oil until transparent. We do not bring it to full readiness, only lightly process it so that the pieces do not crunch in the pie.

3. Beat with a mixer three eggs to the foam, add salt. In general, it is convenient to knead the whole dough with a mixer, it will turn out quickly and simply.

4. Add kefir to the eggs, fill in soda, lay out mayonnaise while continuing to whisk.

Ingredients

• 0.4-0.5 kg of dough (1 pack);

• 4-5 potatoes;

• 2 onions;

Cooking

1. Remove the dough from the freezer, let it lie for about half an hour on the table and step back a little. It is not necessary to completely defrost it; it is already perfectly rolled out.

3. Dice the onions, add to the butter, and fry a little for three minutes. Cooling down.

5. Boil 1.5-2 liters of water in a saucepan, salt. Throw potatoes and boil for two or three minutes. That is, it is not necessary to bring to full readiness. We merge into a colander, cool.

6. Combine potatoes with onions, pepper and salt to taste. You can add garlic, herbs, it tastes good with canned fish.

7. Roll out the puff pastry with a little rolling pin so that the layer does not turn out very thick. Divide into two unequal parts.

8. Beat one raw egg with a fork. It is necessary for bonding layers. It can be replaced with plain water if there is no egg.

9. We put one layer, one that is larger, on a baking sheet or in a mold of a suitable size. Distribute the filling evenly.
