Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 200 g;

  • sugar - 0.5-0.7 tsp;

  • chicken yolks - 1 pc.;

  • oatmeal - 2.5 tbsp .;

  • salt - a pinch;

  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;

  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp

Cooking process

Prepare all the necessary ingredients, measure the indicated amount of oatmeal, transfer them to a blender bowl with a metal knife. Grind the flakes in a bowl for 20-30 seconds until medium crumb.

After adding the prepared cottage cheese to the blender bowl, choose the percentage of fat from your preferences, but use the cottage cheese, and not the curd mass.

Pour a little sugar into the bowl, add the yolk of one chicken egg. If desired, sugar can be omitted altogether, if you use sweet sauce in addition when serving, you can also use sweetener in the recipe.

Grind all the ingredients in a bowl until a homogeneous paste.

Take a tablespoon of curd-oatmeal and roll the balls. Roll each curd ball in wheat flour.

Now give the cheesecakes an even beautiful shape, for this, place the cheese ball under a glass or cup, make a couple of quick circular movements, as a result, smooth cheesecakes are obtained.

Warm the pan with a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, shift the cheesecakes, fry until brown on both sides.

Blot excess oil with paper kitchen towels, after serving cottage cheese pancakes to the table.

Good appetite!
