Milk Abuse Increases Fracture Risk

A study conducted by doctors has shown that people who regularly consume milk are significantly more vulnerable to fracture risk than those who consume this drink in much smaller quantities.

In particular, an analysis of a study that lasted almost 20 years, of which almost 100 thousand people became volunteers, showed that women who abused milk broke the notorious femoral neck much more often. Moreover, milk lovers more often died from various cardiovascular diseases.
