Today we will quickly and simply bake a delicious treat - Snickers cake.

A restaurant masterpiece in 40 minutes!

Ingredients (based on 600 grams of cake)

• Flour - 120 grams + 1 tsp baking powder

• Sugar - 120 grams

• Chicken egg - 3 pieces

• Butter - 120 grams

• Nuts (roasted peanuts) - 150 grams

• Condensed milk - 200 grams

• Truffle candies - 6 pieces, or a bar of dark chocolate

Products on the table, everything at hand, we begin!

The first thing to do is prepare the dough, it will be a biscuit. To do this, take a bowl, break 3 eggs there and pour all the sugar.

Beat the mixer with sugar eggs at a low speed - 5 minutes, add the speed to "maximum" and beat for another 10 minutes. The mass should not drip from the whisk, should be dense, thick foam.

In this mass, add flour with a baking powder prescription. Gently, from top to bottom, mix, without seating the foam. Hint: 120 grams of flour is 4 tbsp full.

The dough should turn out airy and light. Knead until there is not a single lump left. Carefully transfer it to a greased baking dish. You can choose any form, but it is better that it be detachable, it is easier to remove a biscuit from it. I have a heart shape, I will use it.

Put the dough in the oven for 15 minutes. We bake at a temperature of 180 - 200 degrees.

Tip: keep an eye on the dough, because the ovens are different in degree of heat (more from above, or from below). When the dough is browned - take it out, our biscuit is ready.

Set aside the biscuit, let it cool slightly. At this time, soften the butter a little and add condensed milk to it. Melt a bar of chocolate or candy, pour into the mass. Mix until smooth. This will be our cream, it should not be thick. Tip: cream can also be made from boiled condensed milk with butter.

Open the mold clamp and take out the finished biscuit. To make the cake taller, I decided to split the heart in half. At the bottom of the dish, where we put half the biscuit, pour a little cream so that it is saturated from below. Grease the upper part with cream.

Soak twice. Lubricate with cream, let it soak for 5 minutes, then apply a second time on top. Roast and chop the peanuts. You can grind it like this: pour peanuts into a dense plastic bag, tie the bag and roll it over with a wooden rolling pin. The nuts under the rolling pin will be chopped. Put nuts on a greased biscuit.

Soak the cream on top again.

So we finished the work with the lower biscuit. We take the top layer, grease its lower part, carefully put on nut soaking. Top with cream. Also let stand for 5 minutes and soak the top layer again. We do all this quickly so that the biscuit does not cool at all. Warm, it is absorbed faster with cream.

Here are the main processes and completed. It remains only to decorate our "Snickers". What is better to decorate such a cake? It is best, of course, to sprinkle the remaining nuts on top.
