Phosphorus with potassium, which this cereal is also rich in, will help to heal kidney and heart diseases.

Oats help get rid of smoking. You should take 50 grams of oats, millet, rye and barley. A mixture of cereals is poured with two glasses of water. Cook for 10 minutes.
