Orange juice is loved all over the world. In addition to its remarkable taste, the drink is extremely useful - it contains a large amount of vitamins D and C. However, as it turned out, the benefits of juice were underestimated.

As part of the study, Spanish scientists created a prototype of the human digestive system. It was found that the activity of antioxidants contained in oranges is ten times higher than any other fruit. Thanks to this factor, orange juice is able to neutralize the harmful effects of free radicals, not only significantly accelerating the digestion process, but also helping the body to release harmful substances faster.
