Corn stick cake is the easiest dessert to make very quickly. This requires the most ordinary products and a little time. And if you show imagination, you can prepare a birthday cake for children's tea party.

Corn stick cake - basic cooking principles

To make a simple corn stick cake, you need condensed milk, butter and corn sticks. Condensed milk can be used both regular and boiled. The oil is previously removed from the refrigerator to make it soft. Then it is combined with condensed milk and whipped with a mixer until a smooth, lush mass is obtained. Then corn sticks are spread in the cream and mixed. Spread the mass on a dish in the form of a slide and poison it in the refrigerator for three hours.

Corn sticks are best chosen without flavoring or coloring. The cream can be prepared not only on condensed milk, but also on sour cream.

A delicious dessert is obtained with toffee. To do this, melt the candies, combine with soft butter and beat.

If you add cocoa to the dessert, you get a cake with a chocolate flavor.

You can add nuts, marmalade, raisins or fruits to the base for the cake.

Recipe 1. Corn stick cake with condensed milk

Ingredients

half a can of condensed boiled milk;

half a pack of butter;

corn sticks - 120 g.

Cooking method

1. Oil can be replaced with a good quality soft sandwich spread. We spread the oil in a bowl, add condensed milk to it and beat it with a mixer until a smooth homogeneous mass is obtained.

2. Put the sticks into the cream in small portions and mix. We try to do this so that the corn sticks are not much crumbled. To mix it was convenient, take a sufficiently voluminous dishes.

3. Cover the form with culinary film and spread the corn mass into it. Cover the top with a film and send for two hours in the freezer. We take it out of the form, remove the film and put it on a plate. Decorate with coconut flakes or powdered sugar on top.

Recipe 2. Toffee Corn Stick Cake

Ingredients

a pack of butter;

toffee - 400 g;

300 g of corn sticks.

Cooking method

1. Melt the butter until liquid over low heat or in a water bath. Free the toffee from the wrapper and add to the butter. Warm over low heat, continuously mixing the contents so that the mass does not burn.

2. Once the mass has a uniform consistency and the toffee has completely melted, add the corn sticks and gently stir with a shovel.

3. Cover the mold with a plastic bag and put in it a mixture of corn sticks. Put the dessert in the fridge for a few hours.

4. Remove the cake from the mold, transfer to a plate and remove the bag. Decorate the cake of your choice and serve with tea or cocoa.

Recipe 3. Corn stick cake with condensed milk, nuts and cocoa

Ingredients

70 g lightly salted butter;

a can of condensed boiled milk;

cocoa powder;

walnuts - 120 g;

icing sugar.

Cooking method

1. Free walnuts from shells and partitions. Grind the kernels with a grater or blender.

2. Cut each corn stick in half.

3. Melt the butter in a water bath. Add boiled condensed milk to it and beat with a mixer until smooth. Mix corn sticks with chopped nuts and pour cream. Mix gently so as not to crush the sticks.

4. Put the resulting mass into a mold covered with cooking film. Soak for several hours in the refrigerator. Then put the cake on a plate and sprinkle with a mixture of powdered cocoa.

Recipe 4. Corn stick cake with honey

Ingredients

50 g walnuts;

a quarter packet of butter;

chocolate bar;

600 g of corn sticks without dye.

Cream

100 g candied fruit;

vanillin;

a glass of powdered sugar;

six egg whites;

a glass of nuts;

a glass of honey.

Sauce

six tablespoons honey;

six egg yolks;

glass of red wine.

Cooking method

1. Combine the egg whites with powdered sugar, and beat with a mixer in a dense thick foam.

2. Finely chop nuts and candied fruits and mix them with honey. Gently pour whipped cream into the mixture, add the vanillin and stir. Do this carefully so that the whipped squirrels do not settle.

3. Place the yolks in a separate saucepan, and beat them until white. In a thin stream, introduce honey and wine into them, continuously mixing.

4. Place the saucepan in a water bath and beat until foamy.

5. Pour some protein cream onto the dish. Sprinkle it with chopped nuts. Put corn sticks in a row and pour cream on top of them. Continue spreading the cake, alternating the sticks with the cream. Put the formed cake in the refrigerator for an hour.

6. Take out the dessert, pour it with wine sauce, garnish with chocolate chips and nuts.

Recipe 5. Corn stick cake with condensed milk and marmalade

Ingredients

butter ? packs;

peeled walnuts - 50 g;

boiled condensed milk - a jar;

200 g fruit marmalade;

sweet corn sticks - 175 g.

Cooking method

1. Pour corn sticks into a wide, deep bowl.

2. Marmalade cut into small cubes. Add to the sticks and mix.

3. Melt the butter, add the boiled condensed milk and beat until smooth.

4. The resulting cream is watered with a mixture of corn sticks with marmalade and mix well.

5. We cover the form with a film and put the resulting mixture into it. Sprinkle the surface with chopped nuts and put in the refrigerator overnight.

Recipe 6. Cake made from corn sticks with cookies and fruits

Ingredients

200 g of any cookies;

two kiwis;

100 g meringue;

two bananas;

two oranges;

100 g of corn sticks;

four tablespoons any jam;

100 g butter;

100 g of dark chocolate.

Cooking method

1. Meringue, cookies and corn sticks are chopped into small crumbs. Add nuts to the mixture and alter.

2. Break a bar of chocolate into pieces, put in a bowl and melt in a water bath.

3. Remove the zest from one orange with a grater. Cut in half and squeeze the juice. Add the zest and juice to the melted chocolate. We also send soft oil here and mix.

4. Combine the crumbs with the chocolate mass. Mix and put in the form. We level it into a flat cake and send it to the refrigerator for two hours.

5. Lubricate the frozen cake with jam. Clean orange, bananas and kiwi. Cut into thin slices. Bananas, so as not to darken, sprinkle with lemon juice. We spread the fruit nicely on the cake. If you wish, you can pour them with dissolved gelatin.

Recipe 7. Corn stick cake with condensed milk and sour cream

Ingredients

four handfuls of corn sticks;

a handful of peanuts;

200 g of boiled condensed milk;

a handful of raisins;

100 g fatty sour cream;

a handful of dried apricots.

Cooking method

1. Combine the boiled condensed milk with sour cream and beat in a light cream.

2. Wash raisins and dried apricots and soak individually in hot water. Then drain the infusion, and dry the dried fruit on a napkin. Cut dried apricots into thin strips.

3. Roast peanuts in a dry pan, peel and thinly chop. Combine dried fruits with nuts and mix.

4. In the cream, spread the corn sticks and a mixture of nuts and dried fruits. Mix and spread the slide on a plate. We stand for an hour in the refrigerator and serve with hot drinks.

Recipe 8. Corn stick cake with sour cream and dried apricots

Ingredients

some dried apricots;

20% sour cream;

chocolate and milk corn sticks.

Cooking method

1. Cut the corn sticks into small pieces. Pour chocolate and milk sticks with sour cream in separate plates and mix. In a plate with milk sticks add chopped dried apricots.

2. Put the chocolate sticks on the edges of the silicone mold. We lay out the mass of dairy in the middle and distribute it on the surface. Tamp lightly.

Before adding nuts, it is advisable to fry them in a dry pan and peel the thin husk.

Condensed milk can be used not only in stores, but also cooked at home.

To make the dessert spicy, add liquor or a little cognac to it.

Dried fruits, before adding to dessert, it is advisable to soak in boiling water for ten minutes.
